Information used in your booking
When you book a rental car, we need to know your name, address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date and identification number. We also need the drivers' age, for insurance purposes. This enables us to process the booking correctly. There are also instances when our Organization will use a 'cookie' in order to track Website usage. These cookies do not collect personal information and are usually terminated once clients leave the site.

Our Organization also operates a Secure Socket Layer, a secure transaction site dedicated to completing secure online orders. When a purchase is made using a Credit Card via the Internet, the transaction will be automatically redirected to SSL. As you enter your Credit Card number, SSL encodes it, so that it is transmitted in a format that prevents eavesdropping or data theft. Our Secure Server software encrypts all of your personal information, including Credit Card information. The process of encryption takes the information you enter and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your Credit Card information is not transmitted over the Internet again.

To further protect the privacy of our clients, access to information by our employees is restricted to within the company. Only selected employees with an absolute need to use that information, in order to better serve clients are able to view any personal details submitted.
